Tell the Board of Supervisors to Oppose the Preserve at Long Branch
On October 20, the Board of Supervisors will once again consider a development that will take an axe to the Rural Crescent. This development:
- brings sewer to the rural crescent
- adds over 100 homes
- triples the currently approved density
- opens the door to more development in the rural crescent.
We must defend the rural crescent, oppose overcrowding of our schools and roads, and stop developments that hurt our quality of life!
The Planning Commission voted NO!
Planning staff said NO!
It is time for the Board of Supervisors to deny this development as well. Vote NO!
